Association Six Sigma provides different kind of training and consulting services, supports Six Sigma deployments.
The curriculum of the Association has a very important advantage. The best classical Six Sigma
training materials were adapted and improved due to the practical experience so that they can be effectively used in Russian
business environment.
The services of our Association include the full set of the workshops and
onsite mentoring for leaders and different level specialists.
Every training course is custom fit to our clients' needs. The courses are held in Russian which is more comfortable for Russian speaking employees. Over

Executive Overview One-day workshop for company
leaders The primary goal of the Executive Workshop is to help Senior Executives decide if Six Sigma can benefit the organization,
and if so, how the program should be structured. The workshop introduces
basics of Six Sigma methodology, optimal deployment models, how to encourage a positive culture change within
an organization and what it takes to successfully deploy Six Sigma for
getting results.
Introduction to Six Sigma
One-day workshop is designed for anyone in the organization who needs to
learn the fundamentals of Six Sigma methodology. We recommend this
course for all the employees involved in Six Sigma deployment. After
completing this course the participants will learn the main principals
of Six Sigma methodology, the roles and responsibilities,
fundamental objectives for each phase of P-DMAIC. Six Sigma Intensive
3-day workshop for Six Sigma team members The course
designed for project teams provides the comprehensive knowledge of Six Sigma methodology and each phase of the P-DMAIC process,
practical skills for working on Six Sigma projects and applying basic statistical analysis tools on each phase of the project.
Six Sigma Green Belt
6-8-day course
This training is delivered over two weeks each separated by two-three
weeks of practical application. Between sessions students apply tools
and concepts they learn in class to their own projects. The curriculum
follows the P-DMAIC phases, teaching the candidates how to apply Six Sigma
tools in the process improvement, how to define, scope and
work on Six Sigma projects, and how to present the results.
